INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of where to turn next?  I understand how difficult it can feel when the challenges of daily life start to take over.

In individual therapy, we’ll work together to explore your story, uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, and create practical tools for moving forward. Depending on your needs, we might focus on:

  • Reducing anxiety, panic, or stress

  • Processing trauma and building resilience

  • Strengthening self-worth and confidence

  • Improving relationships and communication

  • Navigating life transitions and grief

  • Reconnecting with your inner child and authentic self

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about supporting you in finding balance, clarity, and renewed energy for the life you want to live. My role is to walk alongside you with both evidence-based strategies and a compassionate presence, so you can feel more grounded, hopeful, and empowered.

Working from Home

TELEHEALTH

At this time, I am seeing clients exclusively through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions.

I appreciate that this allows me to work with clients anywhere in California, including those in rural areas with limited access to mental health care providers.

I feel it also eliminates some of the barriers inherent in in-person sessions. Telehealth  can make therapy more accessible for those with limited childcare or mobility issues, and can reduce some of the stress associated with being over-scheduled, traffic, etc.

ANXIETY & STRESS MANAGEMENT

Anxiety often lives inside, even when no one else can see it.

It can feel like a restless mind that won’t quiet down, no matter how exhausted you are. Panic might surge suddenly (a racing heart, dizziness, the sense that something is terribly wrong) and leave you wary of when it will strike again.

Stress can feel like carrying a heavy weight in your chest, the quiet pressure to keep performing, showing up, and holding everything together while you’re running on empty inside.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone. Anxiety and panic can leave you feeling trapped in your own thoughts, and unsure how to find relief.

Supporting people through these challenges is one of my main areas of focus, and it’s work I deeply care about. Together, we’ll build coping tools, practice relaxation techniques, and create space for you to breathe again. Therapy can help you feel steadier, more resilient, and more in control of your own story.

​You don’t have to keep carrying this inside by yourself. There’s a way forward.

GROUP THERAPY

In addition to individual therapy, I enjoy facilitating group therapy for a variety of needs and topics.  Stay tuned for updates on upcoming groups and how to join.
